System Management Tools ?

Hi,

    Has anyone put together a list of System Management Tool providers, maybe with phone numbers or e-mail addresses, that they are willing to share? I'm relatively new to this Oracle DBA stuff, so any tips would be appreciated!

    Are there any good Oracle or DBA oriented periodicals available as well.
