PB 4.0 vs Oracle Forms

For comparisons sake, how would PB 4.0 and Forms 4 handle the following tasks?

1. Read flat ASCII file of numbers from DOS partition into table_a
2. Convert fields in table_a based on information in table_b
3. Create histogram of converted values in a second window, adjust histogram dynamically based on several updateable bind variables on the screen.
4. Print the histogram.

Restrictions:

Single 'Form' with the following buttons.

<READ FILE> <CONVERT> <UPDATE_GRAPH> <PRINT>

Client: 486-33, 8Mb RAM ,Windows 3.11 Server : Oracle V7.0.16 Solaris 2.3
