 If you install it using Windows 3.1 on another machine and then copy the directory structure over to your 95 workstation it works fine.

For example:

  I installed to a directory on my Novell file server from a Windows 3.1 machine and then mapped a drive to that directory on my Win95 machine. Fairly nice product, all in all (both Personal Oracle as well as Win95 :) ).

PS- Don't forget to copy the oracle.ini file too from c:\windows. It has new stuff in it that you need with po7.
