Problem with Access, Left Join and Oracle attached tables ?

I encounter problems when I try to execute, with MsAccess 1.1 or 2.0, a query containing LEFT JOIN on ORACLE attached tables. The error message is: [ORACLE][ODBC Oracledriver]Syntax error.

The same query works fine when I replace LEFT JOIN by INNER JOIN, but I don't get all the records I want.

It's work well with LEFT JOIN when I use Q+E ODBC Pack drivers, but we only have one copy (for evaluation purposes) and we don't intend to distribute our application with it, obviously.

My setup is: 	Access 1.1 or 2.0
		SqOra7.dll ODBC driver (January 95 release)
		SQL*NET TCP/IP 1.1.7
		Oracle 7 database server

Any pertinent information would be appreciate.
