There are a number of products around that may be of use to you. In no particular order, the ones I know of off the top of my head are:-

Hyperstar from vmark. This is a windows/ODBC product that provides connectivity between pick-like (universe for sure, I would hope classic pick would also be supported) and sql based databases - like oracle. It provides the transport, you provide the application that uses the transport.

Termulator from System Builder. This is a terminal emulator that has the ability through a 3gl API to access SQL based databases. This solution would see a pick basic program that would 'push' data through to oracle.

Winlink from Via systems. Another ODBC solution, again you'd have to write a VB program to act as the controller of the data 'pipes'.
