Hello,
SNI (Siemens Nixdorf Informationsystems) offers also a GIS-tool called SICAD that stores spatial and aspatial data in the same standard RDBMS (ORACLE V7 or INFORMIX). SICAD/open runs under Silicon Graphics, IBM RS6000 or HP-Workstation. Front-End is primarly also under these operating Systems, but there exists PC (DOS-Windows) based Front ends also.
