Oracle7 Migration PL/SQL & ORA-03116 Errors

We recently migrated from Oracle V6 to Oracle7. This went reasonably well. We are however running into one difficulty with potentially disastrous consequences.

Some large PL/SQL scripts, (greater than 32K), that ran correctly without incident on Oracle V6 using SQL*Plus, are now blowing up in Oracle7. (We are using Oracle7 in a Novell 3.12 environment with SQLPME and SQLSPX on DOS/Windows machines.)

We are getting an
ORA-03116 (internal): ttcxx: invalid buffer length (error).

This is not good!

Has anybody out there run into this? Is there a SQL*Plus patch that might remedy this. We sure need help on this one. Some of our PL/SQL code is large and we are coming up to a (financial) month end. We are too far into production Oracle7 to turn back now to Oracle version 6. Our test migration plan did not catch this bug.

Your comments or help would be appreciated.
