Mike you need to create the package and make it accessable from sqldba run the following...

	$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catalog
	$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/standard
	$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/dbmsstdx
