I believe you will find the 4.0.13 maintenance release to be very stable. Even better news is that our 4.5 Beta Sites have been giving us great feedback that the stability of the upcoming 4.5 release *builds* on the stability you'll see with 4.0.13. If you haven't seen 4.0.13 yet, ask for it at your local office. It's production on Windows and should be in a month for Mac and several Motif ports.
