It's not certified if that's what you mean. There are several Intel Unix flavours supported, the main being SCO, Unixware and Solaris x86, but there definitely isn't a port for Linux or any other shareware Unix.
I have heard that Linux doesn't support semaphores, which Oracle uses extensively, so it's unlikely that it will work. However, I have never tried it so wouldn't like to say 100% that it's a non-starter. Maybe Linux does support semaphores now? Maybe it supported them all along...?
