Set the "Iconic" property of the button item to "True".

Set the "Icon Name" property of the button to "yourname"

(*) Don't put the file extension in the name of the icon
(*) Make sure the 'yourname.ico' file is either in the

      working directory or in the directory indicated by
      the TK2_ICON variable in the ORACLE.INI file.
