I use MacX (from Digital/Apple?) on my Mac so that I can receive X-windows/motif displays.

When I run Server Manager from my Sun, running Solaris 2.3 and ORACLE 7.1.3, and route the display to my Mac, Server Manager aborts when it tries to refresh a monitor screen. Anyone else doing this, having the same problem, and figured out how to fix it?

This is particularly annoying, since the monitors under SQL*DBA under 7.1.3 on Solaris bomb with a core dump ( Oracle already has a bug reported for that problem).

The Server Manager monitors work fine if I run on a Sun Workstation running OpenWin, but I don't have ready access to that type of machine.

Both Oracle and Digital seem to be saying that it is not their problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
