We are having a problem converting Oracle 1.1 ReportWriter reports to Reports 2.0 reports via the Oracle 7 R20MREP conversion routine. It seems that all boilerplate objects are converted as left justified with a lot(!) of spaces added into the object on the right. This of course makes the reports be too wide for the page as well as throwing off the alignment of some of the fields that occur to the right of the boilerplate objects. Tabs may be being incorrectly converted to spaces or some other problem may be causing this. Does anyone have any work-arounds for this problem as we have around 300 reports to convert & we really don't have the time to hand-manipulate each report? Any help would be appreciated.
