I believe its available as part of Forms 4.0.13. Oracle UK have just had a copy of it over here. They do their own QA evaluation/learning before releasing it onto us punters. ISTR its due out July/Aug, probably earlier in the US. Europe - Sorry I don't know.
ps. We were in Den Haag last week visiting my wife's aunts (3 off them). We had a fun time, sun burnt on Wedenesday, soaked on Thursday - home from home!
