There should be middleware that can do it. My employer - Bull Information Systems - sells a product (DDA) that can access IMS, VSAM and DB2 via an ODBC front end, but this isn't a cheap solution I'm afraid :-(

EDA*SQL from Information Builders Inc may also have ODBC to your required sources.

Other than those, there may well be specific ODBC drivers for your data sources, but some kind of gateway would be required to "convert" the relational SQL onto a non relational model.
