purchase of PC Oracle

I am a student who would like to practice client/server at home using MS Access and ORACLE.
I need to purchase a version of ORACLE (database engine and SQL*Plus) for my PC. Preferably, I would like to purchase these at a Reasonable price rather than ORACLE Australia's inflated prices. Does anyone have any suggestions or software that I can purchase? Thanks in advance
