If I understand the question correctly I would say use Forms 4.0 in your Windows 3.1 envrionment (running on PCs) to access your Oracle/RS6000 database.

Oracle does make Forms 4.0 and Report 2.0 products that work in the Windows 3.1 environment. They are fully supported and work reasonably well. PB Received on Fri May 06 1994 - 16:02:56 CEST
