Haha... I've mentioned to them to change the music several times. Obviously they don't even listen to simple suggestions like that. I've sat on hold for so many hours in the past several months that I know every song, in the order they play them, and I can safely say that I do not care much for any of them. The least they can do is spend a couple of $$ to pipe a radio station through their hold if they can't spend the time to change the music.
The price raising thing will of course go through.
