New Development Tools

Hi,

While I am very happy with the Oracle V6 engine and with what I have read about the V7 engine I in the market for some new development tools to replace forms30, report writer and menu50.

If anybody is using another other development tools with thier Oracle database that they can either recommend or warn-against please let me know. Some of the features that I am looking for are:

1. Active/Dynamic use of the data dictionary.
2. A more structured and robust procedural language.
3. GUI interface.
4. Unix, Mac and PC portability.
5. More object orientation.
