The Chicago Office of PowerSoft is our regional office. Contact them (708) 706-9600 to get a 30-day evaluation copy. The Powersoft forum on Compuserve has a lot of valuable information as well, including a comparison of PowerBuilder and Visual Basic.

I'm (as far as I know) the only Certified PowerBuilder Developer in the Indianapolis area, and I'd be happy to discuss it's features with you (even though I'm an IU grad...)
