What amount of memory does SQLPME say is reserved for Oracle? In general it would be easier if you told how you configure memory in the CONFIG.SYS. Makes things easier. I seem to remember that some versions of SQLPME cannot handle more than 12 Mb: limit in the config.ora the memory by specifying dynamic_memory=12000
