Dear Chih-Hao Huang:

I recently saw an ad in Oracle magazine for a product called "SQL Studio" from Stanford Technology Group (415) 387-3264 (1592 Union St., San Francisco, CA 94123) for $395.

I don't know if it does debugging, but it looks like a nice environment.
