Kind contributors,

We're trying to connect to an Oracle6 database running on a Pyramid/Unix combination from a PC using Novell's Lan WorkPlace TCP/IP. When we use SQL*Net TCP/IP for Windows and test the setup using NETTEST we keep getting the error message:

ORA-06120: NETTCP network drive not loaded

We've read all the notes and README files and we're starting to run out of ideas.

We tried using SQL*Net TCP/IP for DOS V1.1 and running SQLPLUS from DOS and were successful in connecting. But, again, when we went to Windows we couldn't connect.

Could someone please help us?

Thanks in advance
(please e-mail direct because our news feed is completely stuffed!)

Rob
