You might need to call Oracle to register for the service. We had to when we wanted on it, and it took a day or two for them to put us on. We called Customer Service (not Support) and they handled it. They MIGHT have it automated now, if you have a CSI you have an account, but that's assuming that Oracle does things logically.... ;^>
Otherwise, it is a nice service to call up and check on the status of your TAR's. It's interesting to see what the Customer Service tech typed into the system vs. what the story actually was, and it's also nice to see if that TAR that you've been waiting on an answer for was closed out.
