A good way to find what files an Oracle program is looking for (actually where it's looking), is to set the DEBUG_SLFIND variable e.g.: DEBUG_SLFIND=1;export DEBUG_SLFIND
and then run the program.

This should be put in the FAQ if it is not already there since: 1) If something is not working properly, 90% of the time it is because

   the program can't find a file where it expects it. 2) It's unsupported.
