When compiling a Pro*C program under Oracle 7.0.15 (Solaris 2.2) it works fine if used with ORACLE_SID, but fail with if used in a TWO_TASK environment. I tought we were using SQL/Net V2, but this message relates to SQL/Net V1! There is no sqlnet file for V2! What's wrong?
