Need a Tracking System

We are looking for a system which will allow us to track Service Calls and other problem-related activities for a variety of production systems. The optimal system would be Oracle-Based with a Windows-PC front end. It should allow simple entry and reports as well as provide a problem look-up feature to allow users to see if others have solved similar problems before calling for service.

If you are currently using such a product or know of one's availability, let me know. We are considering everything from shareware through some pretty expensive packages ($1500/user).
