OK, what you want to do is a variation on the procedure in Support Bulletin 102101.486 'QUERYING MASTER RECORDS BASED ON DETAIL INFORMATION'. The technique detailed in this bulletin covers fetching the master records which go with all records in a detail query and then queuing up all the detail records for that set of masters, what you want is to only queue up the matching detail records, which should be a relatively easy mod.

This bulletin is available from the Oracle RTSS system (which you should have access to if you have Oracle Technical Support, although I don't know how that works outside of the USA), and is also in the Oracle library on the GEnie Database RoundTable. (I don't have the authority to post it to the Internet. Too bad, this must be the most FREQUENTLY asked question on Forms I've seen in the past few months! Maybe Steve can post it? I wonder if Oracle will ever set up an FTP site?)
