usually means you're trying to run two versions (such as V2.3 & V3) in the same session. Are you sure both are being generated with the same version of generate? Are you sure your call to the second form is the correct call? Some installations have it set up so that the V2.3 and V3 can both be accessed but under different names, such as "generate" and "generate30". Is your calling mechanism for the second form consistent with the form doing the calling? That is, is Form 1, a V3 form, calling another V3 form?
