I run SQL*Net/TCP/IP for DOS under Windows 3.1, but I don't load SQLPME.
You're right, the two don't seem to happily co-exist.
we have ordered SQL*Net for Windows for TCP/IP
(through our Fed govt contract).
It costs $199.
