Well the only clue I can see is the number for Key 5 which is 10027 from Page B-5 of the Oracle*Terminal User guide. But, as you say, Is Key 5 the same as F5. ?

Just a thought . Do you know the code number for the 'Menu' key i.e key-menu because this IS the F5 key in v3.0 of runforms(for Sun). Try renaming the trigger to KEY-MENU. Sorry I'm grabbing at straws.
