Converting Ingres Imbedded Quel to SQL in Oracle

WE are interesting in converting an application Which are currently running in Ingres Quel embedded in a 'C program to embedded SQL.
Does anyone have any converter software to go from INgres to ORacle Quel to SQL.
I understand that Ingres has utilities to go from Quel to SQL......
