I have used this solution for several (many) of my reports, however it will not work in *this* example:

COMMENTS A100 #dt 1 1 25 #

#t 1
.print comments
#te

Here I want my 100 character comments field to wrap at 25 characters, taking up to 4 lines (depending on how long the comments are). This is for a maintenance work order system. With all the abbreviations, measurements, etc. sometimes my reports come out like:

Install sign in rm. 242. 03-Sep-93 Priority Warehouse room 123 Meas. 36"x42"x58". Req.
also prot. cov. for hi-
volt. pwr. port. As pe
r mgmt. comm. and hlth.
sfty. comm.

Spanning more than one page. :-)

So there's no way to turn this "off" eh? :-(

Thanks for your help...I thought I was going bananas. :-)
