ReportWriter and Wrap fields - useless!?????

Using Oracle v.6 and ReportWriter 1.1..



I want a field of 80 char to wrap to a second line. Should
be easy? Set the field width to 40, and the alignment to
Wrap? Yes, but then I get a nasty mess!



As the Reference Manual says "Fields that are placed below
a Wrap field in a text object will overwrite the corresponding
line of the Wrap field." (p.6-17)



Is this supposed to be some sort of feature?? Garbled output
whenever you need to wrap a field that doesn't happen to be
the last one on the report??



How do other people get around this?
