Q: Comparing Un*x platforms.

We are looking at Un*x boxes for a new project where we plan to use Oracle7 for a manufacturing production recording & operator guidance system.

We are having lots of problems comparing the boxes - it appears to be hard to get a hold of TPC benchmarks.

The boxes we are looking at are :

	IBM RS/6000 360
	DEC DEC3000 500S
	Sun Spark 10 402
	SGI Challange M ( 150MHz )

If anybody has done a comparision of these systems before, has TPC benchmarks ( A, C ??? ) for any of these or knows of any a better way to compare them, then we would be eternally grateful if you could help us out.
