Oracle and setting time

Some time ago, a friend told me there were problems with the ORACLE Redo-Logs when the database is busy and the system time is changed backwards.

Was this (and is this) still a problem ? I just installed a timed server to synchronize the clocks on two AIX machines - could this lead to problems ??
