I am looking for application programs that will help me in Direct Telemarketing. The characteristics follow:
Unix based - IBM Risc/6000 hardware Customer data is to be maintained Supports Mailing Lists and Direct Mail Assists in Telemarketing Call Organization Data base is to be interactive with other Unix programs Data base to maintain advertising record
I would appreciate hearing about any software that supports the above. Thank you.
