High pressure sales but they know when to back off. Normally they will wait to hear from you before placing a call. Their support is via a 1-800 number where as PTI is a toll number everytime you call them.

         site cost.

Very laid back ... the president call me several times from Australia at home (Omaha, NE) which I though was way-cool. They are their to help and guaranteed 24 hour turn around on any problem.

Our situation is a little different than most in that we are on a mainframe computer (VM/ESA). We have to manually change solid vertical bars to the || (for concatenation).

Logical was the only product that converted everything without a problem. The other products had several problems, again on the IBM mainframe product.

As for pricing ... there is a disclosure situation I am in but you should be able to get the $0.90/trigger down to at least $.60 without working at it to hard.
