Oracle vs. Rdb

Hi foiks...

Anyone out there done a relatively recent (last 12 mo or so) between Rdb and Oracle? Not just feature stuff, but tools available, cost of development, etc. A "holy war" is stirring at a client and I could use some "prefab" armor vs. just building my own.
