Hi! Thanks to everyone who responded on my earlier security questions. The investigation is still in progress, and the results will be posted. I have an additional question: is it possible to restrict access to the ORACLE system tables (the tables containing the DB schema - table names, column names, etc) to DBA's or similarly high-powered users for READ purposes? Obviously, the DB needs to get this to resolve queries etc. for all users; but I'd like to not show the schema in such an easy(?!?) to get format to someone who managed to break in with an ad-hoc query tool or SQL monitor.
Thanks in advance,
