Oracle Data Browser - opinions wanted

I've just had a letter from Oracle trying to sell me on a new MS-Windows product called Oracle Data Browser. A few months ago, I saw a brief demo of it and it looks quite good.

Anybody out there actually used it? We currently use the version of Q+E that comes with Excel a little bit so I'd be particularly interested to know how it compares with that. In particular, how do you convince a management that doesnt like spending money to buy a product rather than use something that comes bundled with a package that is already being used.
