Hello,
I'd like to know if the listener is active with SQL*net V2.
The only way I've found (except from using ps to see if it is here)
is to use the "lsnrctl status" function. However this function always
return 0, even if the tnslsnr daemon doesn't work. For the moment
I search for the string "fail" in the message that it returns, but
it is not really safe ;>)
Anyone having a cleaner solution?
Thanks in advance
Philippe
