I have a form with both database and non-database fields. I want to be able to query the database from all the fields.
So I need to use the non-database fields to populate the Example Record database field(s) in a pre-query trigger.
The manual I have says an Example Record is created, and that designers can "enter Example Record field values with a pre-query trigger". Obviously I'm not a designer 'cos I can't do it. So how do I become one?
Any help with this (probably trivial) problem is appreciated.
Michael.
