computing costs

Hi,

I need cost numbers for using difference classes of computers (e.g. mainframe, departmental, workstation, etc) and different networks (ethernet, private phone, lan, X.400, etc.). I am looking for the costs that people use to determine how much to charge for the use of the computer or the network. Perhaps $ per cpu time unit and $ per byte transferred? Any ideas and references appreciated. Thanks.
