Hi,

I subscribed to Oracle News in mid-1992 and finally I received the September/October 1992 issue of "Oracle World" which sated, on the front page, that it is the new name and new look of Oracle News. The subscription was $45. Note that I haven't received an issue since than, and I need to give them a call to see what's up.
