End user query tools

I've been asked to find out what's available in query tools for end users. Since many of our users are running dumb terminals, we're not looking for anything that requires desktop computing power or uses a GUI. We looked at Oracle Data Query and QMX. They're along the lines of what we're looking for, but we want to find out if there are any other such products.

Any suggestions and/or pointers would be more than welcome.
