help startup sqlforms30 on 6.

Iam having a problem with bringing up sqlforms30 an a recently installed oracle 6 database. If I try to start a NEW form it immediatly says I dont have a table to do that. This happens right when I call on a NEW name. I have manually run all of the forms3 sqlfiles. BTW I'm on a Motorola 88000. SID is ok home is set, two task is null. Any Ideas??
