SQL*QMX v/s SQL*DataQuery

I am looking at using SQL*QMX or DataQuery for enabling end-users to build queries. How good are these tools?
What I am looking for is how powerful are these tools and how user friendly. All I have to go on is the marketing material ORACLE has sent me. I would appreciate suggestions and advice from anyone who has used one or both of these products or similar products. Thanks in advance
