Terminal Emulator use of ReportWriter

I am posting this for a client who would like to know:
He is using the Kermit terminal emulator program on an IBM PS/2 connecting to an RS/6000 running AIX.
He is using SQL*Forms, and ReportWriter, but is having great difficulty with the keyboard mapping when running ReportWriter. He is looking for advice on how to make this work, or suggestions for making it work.
Any advice that you can offer me to offer him would be greatly appreciated.
