Position (1):

Senior Veeva System Administrator/ Salesforce Admin

MOI: Skype/phone

Location: Boston, MA

Exp: 8+ years

VisaType: Otherthan OPT’s and No transfers

Requirements:

    At least 3+ years of experience in Veeva CRM & Vault application administration

    Hands-on experience in application administration of Veeva Commercial Cloud tools such as Events Management, Vault PromoMats/MedComms, Nitro, Network and OpenData

    The ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with internal departments, e.g. Sales, Medical and Market Access, Regulatory, Compliance, Legal and external suppliers

    Manage cloud service providers (Examples : Concur, MMIT, etc.) including incident management and escalation and maintain the relationship with the service providers

    Knowledge in Apex Data Loader, JavaScript, CSS and SQL is needed

    Experience with KNIME or Alteryx is desirable

    Veeva Administrator Certification is highly desired

    Proven organizational and project management skills

    Experience in working in the life sciences industry is preferred

Your Responsibilities:

    Provide subject matter expertise on the Veeva Systems applications and technical design

    Maintenance and support of the commercial cloud applications and internal applications

    Perform configuration changes in the system

    Troubleshoot system configuration issues

    Data import and extraction

    Generate Out of Box Reports from Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Veeva Master and Veeva Nitro

Position (2):

Title: Big Data Engineer

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL

Duration: 9+ month contract

Work Authorization: Other than OPT’s and No Transfers

Technologies: Java/Python/Scala, Apache NiFi, SQL, Hive, ETL/EDW

1. Apache Nifi ( or something similar)
2. SQL ( Apache Impala or Hive)
3. ETL/ EDW expereince
4. Development experience in Java, Python, or Scala

Job Description:

This Senior Big Data Engineer will be helping the existing big data team with the heavy lifting required to get this platform in place.

They are currently using Cloudera Hadoop for distribution.

Work Environment:
Agile environment that operates collaboratively.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong software development and programming skills using Java, Python, Scala and other languages
• Strong SQL and database development skills, using RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Troubleshooting Java applications
• Hadoop development skills including HBase, Hive, Impala, Spark, Storm etc.
• Hands on experience using message brokers such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ
• Ability to schedule, configure and monitor jobs
• Strong understanding of Hadoop design principals, cluster connectivity, security and the factors that affect distributed system performance
• Experience working on Linux systems, including command line and scripting (bash, awk etc.)
• Experience using standard SDLC tools like Git, Jenkins, Jira etc.
• Flexible, open to suggestions, and eager to learn or share knowledge.
• Orientation toward self-motivation, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
